Copyright / DMCA Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-02.
Gift Pong respects intellectual-property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on Gift Pong infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a notice to our Designated Agent with the information below.
How to file a takedown notice
Your written notice must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (your full legal name acts as your signature in an email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — for a Gift Pong card, include the card link (e.g.
giftpong.com/d/…). - Your contact information (email, and mailing address/phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Designated Agent
Send notices to our DMCA Designated Agent:
DMCA Agent — Gift Pong LLC
Email: hello@giftpong.com
Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory — Registration No. DMCA-1073798. The agent’s full mailing address and phone are on file with the Copyright Office and available in the public DMCA Designated Agent Directory.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same agent, including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers
We maintain and reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Each time one of a user’s cards is removed for copyright infringement or another abuse reason (such as non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, or explicit content), we record it as a strike against that account. When an account accumulates repeated strikes, we review it and may suspend or permanently terminate it. A counter-notification or successful appeal that restores content does not count as a strike.
Other reports
Non-consensual intimate images — including AI-altered or “deepfake” depictions — have a dedicated, plain-language process: our intimate-image removal page. We remove valid requests within 48 hours.
For other non-copyright issues — impersonation, explicit content, or someone’s photo used without permission — use the “Report this card” link on the card, or email hello@giftpong.com. See our Terms of Service for our reporting and takedown policy.
